GRP took over management of this medical building at a time when tenants in the building were extremely dissatisfied with the management company, building services and overall condition of the property.

GRP immediately interviewed all tenants, and provided the owners with a plan to address the tenant concerns along with an operating and capital budget which would restore the property to a state befitting a medical building.

The recommended changes were implemented, tenant relations improved and lease renewal negotiations took a significant upswing. The existing tenants were retained, many of them extending their leases for another ten years.
